This is the section for advanced learners ready to be uncomfortable; even native speakers do not catch every word at this speed and rely on prediction to fill in. That predictive listening is the real skill this section trains, and it develops only by spending time inside fast speech. Watch once for the gist, then drill the rough patches: replay specific seconds, slow the playback to 0.75x if you need to, transcribe the parts that resist parsing on the first pass.
